Add key terms to Glossary #40

As suggested in our trial feedback, would be good to start adding key terms to the Glossary section of the Reference page as we go along. Good example here http://swcarpentry.github.io/shell-novice/reference.html#glossary

You may find some relevant terms already defined in Glosario, allowing you to link to the definition(s) there instead of writing a dedicated glossary for your lesson. Please consider adding defintions for any terms you would like to include in your lesson that are missing in Glosario.

Perfection. We were just trying to hunt that reference down this very moment! Will do it that way round. Thanks @tobyhodges!

@tobyhodges, do you know if there is a way to link the two sources? Right now the Glossary section of the Reference page is just plain text, but it would be so nice to provide a list of terms, and automatically pull those from Glosario.

I'm willing to try and wire something up, but do you know if anyone is working on this already?

Nothing built into the lesson template (hopefully in the new one...) but there exist R[1] & Python[2] packages for working with Glosario, which you could use locally to populate reference.md?
