Create Zenodo DOI once have a decent release #1

Once the lesson gets to the point it's intact enough to make a v1.0 release, we need to get a DOI from Zenodo. (Since Zenodo makes a new archive & DOI for each release, I figure we should wait until we have something to release to get the first one.)
