Provide more context in model evaluation activity #110

Our model evaluation scenarios assume that the participants know what the researcher prioritizes when working with cancer cell lines or drug screening. Participants come from many sub-domains of biology, so we should add more context and explanation.

This is now working well after the May and August 2021 workshops.
