Show data preprocessing on running prostate cancer example. #35

Related to issue #29. While the image has been scaled down so it is no longer confusing, it would be nice to instead show this kind of data normalization and batch correction on the running data example. We may need to add our own simulated batch effects, however.

We also want to add a brief readme for this dataset describing the source of the original and processed data.
