1) I think we should all together discuss if these are the definitions and terms that we want to use: "the term pangenome is defined as the entire set of genes from all strains of a clade." The components are the Core genome, shell genome, and dispensable genome. (In Wikipedia we say core, shell and cloud) I propose to add a box about the variety of terms that are used and clarify which ones we will use).

2) Make a discussion box (with a solution) about why a pangenome would be closed or open.

3) Make a section about the scientific interest in making pangenome analysis.

4) Describe where the Streptomyces genomes come from and add the reference, and complete the metadata table.

5) When all is done, make sure that the questions, objectives and keypoint are in line with the content.

Add the streptococcus cladogram figure 01-01-03.png and add an exercise asking which species are part of a clade The reference of the relationships shown in the cladogram is : Gao X-Y, Zhi X-Y, Li H-W, Klenk H-P, Li W-J (2014) Comparative Genomics of the Bacterial Genus Streptococcus Illuminates Evolutionary Implications of Species Groups.
