The Downloading and Annotating episodes (and the Genome Mining lesson) work with the S. thermofilus files, but the Pangenomics Analysis (Get Homologues, Anvio and Panggolin) only use the S. agalactiae files.

I propose to use only the S. agalactiae files for this lesson, which means re-doing all the Downloading and Annotation episodes with these files. And removing the instruction to download the gm_workshop folder with the data in the Intro Episode (The data in zenodo would only be used to have a complete backup of all the resulting files in case someone is not able to follow along.)

Make sure that the name is always spelled correctly: Streptococcus agalactiae
