Need Doug to look at the example routines, to see if we can mock up an equivalent 'badly coded' function to add to our repository.

I've created a new branch 'full-data-analysis' in the https://github.com/carpentries-incubator/python-intermediate-rivercatchment.git template repository. This contains new module file, and control file for running the analysis.
