For the “Challenge: Improve the White Wine Model”, it feels a bit too open-ended for a live challenge. Perhaps it would be helpful to constrain this a bit for the learners (e.g., rather than “Use grid searches to tune several parameters”, “Use grid searches to tune max_depth and max_leaves”)
