Initial import of existing Singularity lesson material #1

An initial import of the Singularity lesson material from this repository. Updates to repository metadata to support new lesson material.

This material was originally taught alongside a set of docker material that is now in the docker-introduction lesson. The material being imported here has undergone some light modification to move it towards a set of standalone lesson content but some further minor updates may be required.

Did a quick review and it looks good to me @jcohen02. Do you have merge access? I don't see to have the ability to merge it myself.
