Links to Anaconda seem to be broken #8

Not sure if this is just anaconda.org having trouble today or a long term change, but all the links on the setup page to anaconda.org lead to nothing (https://uw-madison-datascience.github.io/python-novice-gapminder-custom/setup/). I was just informed by a coworker.

It looks like the workshop setup has working URLs: https://uw-madison-datascience.github.io/2019-06-13-uwmadison-swc/

setup page has moved to https://carpentries-incubator.github.io/swc-ext-python/setup/ with the incubator migration
