At least for the "techniques", is it possible to frame the exercise#1 exercise#2 etc. as practice#1 practice#2 etc. This is to encourage the idea that these aren't (yet more) rules to follow, but instead concepts that can be tried out to see if they work for the individual.

We can achieve this by adding a custom header in the div.

Example for a callout div in the r-novice-inflammation lesson:
