All Ep: File names in general #43

While teaching yesterday, I noticed the file names we used weren't consistent throughout the lesson leading to hiccups during teaching. We've checked like 20x but I think shometimes when we had conflicts, our changes were reverted and its getting frustrating. ex: hashtag_gasprices_flat was occasionally hastag_gasprices_flattened. I also think these names are long and hard to teach and type.

I agree they are too long. I circled a few of the wrong paths on my printout and will circle back and correct them.

In the next version, we will shorten the folder names to raw and out ? And if at all possible figure out how to teach and type with auto-complete.
