Where does one download the data for these exercises? I just followed the download instructions:

git clone https://github.com/ggrimes/nf-training

and only got the workflows (also shouldn't they be in the files folder on this repository?)

Sorry, since I just realized the previous work was linked into existing files elsewhere. Could those be included in this repository instead under files (and what's currently under files, removed please)?
