Tried to fix some issues in episodes 3, 4, 5 and 5ps
Fixes mainly include
Code formatting (tried to be consistent, but feel free to make it more readable if you can with a direct edit request on PR)
Typo fixes and lexicological betterments
formatting issues of rendering in gh-pages
some content differences in terms of definitions (like what is task vs process)
I also started to change a little the https://github.com/kerimoff/nf-training repo too which forked from @ggrimes and will do it for previously edited episodes too.
It would be good if we can have a short meeting if possible to decide in which format you are planning to use https://github.com/ggrimes/nf-training repo so that we can change it correspondingly. if not, I can do it my way and you can use it if you like in the future.
Will be waiting for suggestions.
