Adding list of qualified instructors #25

The number of qualified Carpentries instructors in the PyAOS community is starting to grow (yay!), so to keep track of everyone I've added a list of instructors in the README.

@HoWol76, @kpegion, @sarahymurphy, @eldobbins, @almacarolina: Are you happy for your name to go on the list? (Feel free to update the link and/or affiliation that I've used).
