Updating CONTRIBUTING.md with information specific to this repository.

That's much better. I can easily see how to contribute.

One note: The Using GitHub section has a couple references to "[master repository][repo]". I wondered if that was supposed to be changed to "https://github.com/carpentrieslab/python-aos-lesson.git" or "[carpentrieslab][python-aos-lesson]". But then I found that in 2018, the lesson template was rewritten to remove that wording altogether. Now I'm not sure what would be best.

Thanks, @eldobbins - I've merged this PR and then I went ahead and fixed that issue you mentioned about the [master repository][repo] link (see https://github.com/carpentrieslab/python-aos-lesson/commit/3ccfcd2610d3cd3095f42a6a72836ef3271c648b)
