Add

As of 2021, The Carpentries Lesson Programs include Data Carpentry, Library Carpentry, and Software Carpentry

as per https://github.com/carpentries/docs.carpentries.org/pull/765/files.

In the PR, I commented:

There is a benefit of of explicitly naming the current Lesson programs in the Bylaws, the idea behind bylaws is that they are general, and stable, . i.e. they should not change too often. This is why, for example, committees and task forces are not mentioned in them. We need to discuss whether it makes sense to make an exception for the Lesson Programs.

Since PR #765 is closed, it is not clear to me what this issue is tracking.

Are we proposing adding the names of each lesson program in the bylaws?

Yes, that is what was the proposal.

As we are now able to change the bylaws when needed and not only every two year this is issue is obsolete. The Governance Committee still thinks that the PR can be useful as the term "Lesson Program" can be better understood if the current three lesson programs are explicitly mentioned (in case new one are established this can be quickly adapted).
