Updated Talisha's issue above so that things that are to-do have checkboxes.

It's ok to keep old ones there; I will fix it so that they do not all show up.

I am checking off the updated links even though they are not really complete, as I am going to do a full audit of all our links and set up site variables to use them, so that will all be addressed in another PR.

I am closing this because the only things that are not done are updating links, and I am going to do a full audit of all links to make sure they are correct and correctly formatted as a separate task.
