Create sponsors data file

Sponsors should be stored in a data yml file with fields for:

• Sponsor name
• Logo image
• Active status
• Maybe dates??

This data should then be used to populate content here: https://github.com/carpentries/beta.carpentries.org/blob/main/_includes/parts/supporters.html

and possibly here: https://github.com/carpentries/beta.carpentries.org/blob/main/about-us/our-funding/index.html
