Text partial layout needs styling #5

The theme includes a partial block text layout but there is no styling applied to this layout. See screenshot of how it gets rendered below, and see this PR for how this was used.

This block was not intended to be included in the theme we will be removing this.

We do want to have a plain text block available. Could we add this?
