Follow-up question: how can we treat feedback that are given not in a public space #11

If we encounter any important feedback that are not necessarily in the channels that are listed in the Collecting Feedback in The Carpentries, should we accordingly summarise & anonymize and make an issue? Probably in that case we should at least note the context where it happened?

Please correct me if I misunderstand or overlook some guidelines. Thanks
