Mention using colorblind friendly colors when talking about plots #24

Looks like there may be a better lesson to talk about color maps, but we have some feedback that we should include a discussion about color maps when plotting.

"Choosing colorblind friendly colormaps is indeed very important and probably not enough highlighted. The focus of this lesson is on the python language and we don't put much emphasis on plotting."

I recommend that we add a callout (maybe labeled tip) when we first introduce visualizations that mentions how to produce visualizations that are friendly to people who are colorblind. We can mention that making resources more accessible helps everyone with the example of adding patterns to plots in addition to color means that the plots are still useful when someone prints them out on a black and white paper.

Look into using SVGs for plotting since screen readers can understand the SVG file and describe what the image is.

Thank you @mikemhenry and @bkmgit for this feedback. I am bringing this to the Curriculum Development Team at our meeting next Tuesday for discussion and possible solutions.
