Data Privacy Questions #25

When collecting feedback, we need to respect people's privacy. We should establish some general guidelines on how we should collect and store data that contains personal identifying information.

For example, it may be best to replace usernames with hashes or UUIDs.

Another question: When we make a spreadsheet with people's names and email, is there a requirement to delete the spreadsheet when we are done with the workshop?
