May wish to find a good electronics system for feedback using stickies. Google Jamboard is one option, though maybe something customizable for the Carpentries maybe helpful.

Possible options include:

Etherpads with background colors (pink and green)
Discuss type comments on lesson setup page or in videoconferencing solution
