Sharing codes from live coding #39

In workshops, there are

sometimes request for sharing the complete code that was demonstrated
sometimes requested prior to exercise
other times at the end of lessons or day

it is typically shared by

pasting in etherpad
emailing at the end of each day
shared google or dropbox drive

however,

we have not been able to share a live version
tried saving the file in a auto synced folder but its not perfect and requires refreshing and downloading
not trivial for jupyter notebooks or Rmd

We may need to work a blog post or a system for an etherpad-like live-code sharing mechanism.
