Summary of Coffee with The Carpentries Executive Director on 22 April 2024:
The fourth coffee with @kariljordan began with a welcome, introductions, and an overview of the Code of Conduct.
@kariljordan shared a short presentation offering an overview of our strategic plan progress. We are now in year four of our strategic plan for 2020-2025.
We ended in the main room with a discussion question: Are there opportunities to collaborate with The Carpentries at your institution?

Reigniting Community: Coffee with The Carpentries Executive Director, @kariljordan is a series of six monthly open discussions hosted by Kari from January until June 2024 under the theme of 'Reigniting Community'.

22 April Session Focus: The focus of this community session and accompanying GitHub conversation issue, the fourth one in the series, is to engage with the community on the outcomes of Year 4 of The Carpentries’ strategic plan and what is to come in Year 5.
This GitHub conversation issue: Kari will provide a summary of the discussions from this session in this conversation issue, including her answers to some of the questions that were raised at the session.
