fix r-lib actions branch #84

The GH action on this repo has been failing. I think it is because of the r-lib actions branch name. See https://github.com/r-lib/actions

This is correct (see https://github.com/carpentries/styles/issues/641). That being said, I believe this repo needs attention from @carpentries/core-team-curriculum as it is now superseded by collaborative lesson development training?
