@kcranston The CoC transparency report has been added to the executive council info repo.

Thank you, @kariljordan. This looks good to me. I can't recall if we have a formal process on who needs to approve this in order to do the merge. I think it's just our EC rep, @kcranston, so if she approves she can do the merge.
