Transparency report for the first quarter

1 report and a few updates from CoC committee

Many thanks @malvikasharan. I think we discussed that we wanted to stick to the quarterly reporting time frame again which means that the report end should be changed from 2021-05-04 to 2021-03-31. Content-wise this not a change as all topic are located in this time frame. Would you agree?

Hi @konrad, the reason this is deviating from quarterly time frame is that the report received on 25 March was not solved by the end of the month and hence this report waited till a resolution was made, which was in April. Please feel free to edit it accordingly if the quarterly timeframe is more important to maintain.

Okay, thanks. That is a good point - I will keep the actual closing date.
