Update site variables in conf.py #42

We have websites, email addresses, etc. that we use throughout the website. To keep this data easy to maintain, these should all be defined by calling on variables defined in conf.py

Set up for this was completed in #90. We should keep this issue open so that we can continue identifying frequently used links.
