Update glossary to use only one glossary #83

The main glossary page needs to be updated.

The glossary section from each individual handbook needs to be removed.

Also consider keeping glossary manually sorted - this will actually make things easier for humans updating the glossary.

Fixed with #93. I will open a new issue to update the glossary items.
