I created a 'mentoring' team, added @jhadwinOSU, @tobyhodges, @mkuzak, @ChristinaLK and gave 'mentoring' admin access to the repo. So, you can add anyone else as needed.

I updated the 'mentoring' group to 'mentoring-admin' because I realized there might be a need for a non-admin mentoring group.

I think until we make changes to the original swcarpentry/baord/subcommittees/mentoring and "announce" the migration I can freely commit to master branch in here. Please let me know if this may cause any issues.
