added shiny app to main directory #7

this is a PR from my cleaned branch, only change to master is the feedback_shinyapp.R in main directory. This is the shiny app we are developing. I will delete branch katrin_clean after merge, but I will keep branch katrin with my test codes etc. for now.

@kariljordan I see this PR is still open, and requires some checks to complete. I am not sure what github/pages means. Do I have to do anything else to get this check done? I did a couple more commits in the last days/weeks, you may want to get from my branch katrin_clean
