This (a general chart of the Carpentries web infrastructure, how it's connected, and places to contribute) might be good as an extra. That lesson (and the Checkout lesson, which may be a better fit) are already fairly overwhelming in terms of the number of things to track, and I would be concerned some people might get more, rather than less, overwhelmed with a big flow chart.
What might work instead is adding something either in the learner section or trainer notes for lesson 14 re-emphasizing where contributions can be made (lesson curricula, instructor training curriculum, glosario) with some tips on how to look for somewhere to contribute.
It might be something for discussion in Trainers meetings or Trainers Leadership to think about how relying on information embedded in links (but not in the lesson itself) may contribute to cognitive load, confusion, and stress/anxiety. Clearly there are advantages to each way.
The following comment was submitted as a lesson contribution outside of GitHub.I won't be able to follow up or provide more details, but the submitter will receive a link to this issue.
