Add contributions to Incubator lessons as eligible for checkout process #1510

In the blog post from September 2022 - we say that one checkout step is a "contribution to a Carpentries lesson (including those in the incubator) or other resource". We need to reflect that in the Instructor Training material too (currently, contributions to the Incubator are not mentioned).

I closed #1511 because being this close to transitioning our checkout process, it's easiest to not be changing the current process language. However, this issue should be revisited when the new checkout instructions are being written up to ensure the incubator is represented appropriately.

Closing as this was addressed during the transition. New text in checkout.md:

the only eligibility rule for contributions is that they must be made to a repository that is managed by The Carpentries. That includes:

any Data Carpentry, Library Carpentry, or Software Carpentry lesson the Carpentries Instructor Curriculum (this site) any community developed lesson in The Carpentries Incubator our open source, multilingual glossary of data science terms, Glosario
