How could the content be improved?

The Instructor Note added in https://github.com/carpentries/instructor-training/pull/1690/commits/b9789bdf10c46475a505ad018bbe3c68359f516d, about demos using the version of R Ecology before the major update was merged, should be removed on August 9th.
