Include IMLS in list of funders #998

I believe @raynamharris put together the nice image displayed in A Brief History: https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/21-carpentries/index.html

I noticed that the IMLS was not listed per https://www.imls.gov/grants/awarded/re-85-17-0121-17.

@kmomar I think there was a plan to redevelop and update this graphic in concert with the annual report, but I don't think it made the cut in the end. Is this still something you would be interested in addressing? I think we should consider deleting this graphic if we can't update or replace.
