Reorganising exercise types

An attempt to reorganise exercise types slightly and enable discussion around the issue https://github.com/carpentries/lesson-development-training/issues/357.

I have:

reorganised the order of exercise types to put reflection style exercises towards the end of the list (as they mainly tend to come last in training) and
tried to fit in "problem solving" and "detecting misconception" exercises in there without mentioning code/non-code varieties (which I realised are probably not that important for our list).

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible. This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.

Thank you @tobyhodges. I have made a further small change on the reflection exercise - folding concept maps/diagrams under the reflection exercise as an example tool that can be use for reflections, in addition to writing things down in a journal/worksheet. If you want to have a quick look - that'd be great - as it changes slightly what you approved previously.
