Set appropriate test badges in README add the website workflow badge.

Although It added the badge for the template check, the test is being skipped consistently so the badge will not be found. Any reason to for the test to have never been run?

It's skipped because it's designed only to be run in https://github.com/carpentries/styles/. Its purpose is to check a set of our core lessons against the current version of the styles repository, catching any regressions.
