Fixed Indentation and Enumeration in MacOS Setup Instructions #344

I noticed that the enumerated list under "macOS" on the Setup page restarts with the "1. Ruby..." instruction, even though it is a continuation of instructions. I fixed the markdown so that everything aligns and the enumeration is contiguous.
