Adding `.caution` to the list of special blockquotes #388

I've noticed just by browsing over the assets/css/lesson.css that there is one additional special blockquote type that is currently not shown in the the formatting episode

It might simply have been overlooked but I think we should mention it.

It should only need the following lines


> ## `.caution`
>
> A warning.
