add docker-compose config for Jekyll + Jupyter #10

Hi @fmichonneau! This is a sample docker-compose config that was discussed in https://github.com/swcarpentry/styles/issues/199 - this feels more like infrastructure than styling so I decided to PR it here instead.

There are basic instructions as comments in each config file, it'd be good to have some markdown lesson text as well.
