We need to create a Docker image that will have:
This image could then be used by maintainers to build the lessons, and we could use it on Travis to test and build our lessons.
It could possibly be a starting point for lessons that use more specialized tools (e.g. geospatial and genomics lessons).
Doing so would resolve the following issues:
