Possibilities with Jekyll remote include

In February, we discussed switching to github actions which would allow using other jekyll plugins.

I found remote includes which I think could be really useful in our workflows:

• setup instructions live in lesson repos, but render on workshop websites
• generate custom agendas/syllabi on workshop websites from lesson content without modifying html (similar to how we can have custom episode order instead of only file name ordered)

There are likely more cases we wish we could link between repos more fluidly, creating this issue to keep track of these items in case/until we make a switch that allows using this.
