• [x] re-add zip file (note: it is added; it's just the index validation bug)
• [x] make sure links.md is included
• [x] fix install link or link to workshop install link to replace {% include python_install.html %}(this goes back to the problem of trying to get common install links) (this was added in https://github.com/swcarpentry/python-novice-gapminder/pull/545 from https://github.com/swcarpentry/python-novice-gapminder/issues/501. I'm going to replace this includes with a link to the workshop website, since that is most likely to be up to date.)
