I don't see this transition in the schedule. Is this paused until after the others because of https://github.com/carpentries/pegboard/issues/118?

Correct. The transition of the workshop lessons is scheduled for Q3. I apologise for the inconvenience

Recommend to wait on this one until @twrightsman has had a chance to merge/close the remaining three open PRs. I will then open a PR to update the .zenodo.json

I have opened https://github.com/datacarpentry/genomics-workshop/pull/148 to update the .zenodo.json file before the transition.
