@carpentries/lessondev-trainer-training-maintainers I would like to have at least a couple more discussion questions for this one - please speak up if you have any suggestions.

FYI @mkuzak I am also suggesting sections of the F1000 paper for this one as well.

The idea for a Discussion Question: "What are different formative assessment strategies that can help diagnose issues with the lesson? Discuss the effectiveness of those strategies. Give some examples of actionable feedback."

+1 on @mkuzak's suggested discussion question. Feel like it fills the gap between how complete a lesson should be to pilot and using the pilot feedback

The only other one I can think of might be: A pilot workshop or trial run can be stressful for trainees, what questions might you expect them to have about this task? (but this might be covered with the previous question about reassuring a trainee about piloting with what they have)
