Callout title does not correctly render when code formatting is included

I believe there is a bug in sandpaper when rendering callout titles with code formatting. The title of this callout contains code formatting which appears to remove spaces when rendering

The removal of all possible whitespace is very thorough. After some fiddling I finally found the following workaround:

## Setting a  ᠎ ᠎ *high*  ᠎ ᠎  priority

It's astoundingly hideous, so of course I wanted to share it :-)
