By the end of Q2 we will have on boarding package and email templates complete
2 different 6- month emails have been composed for member organisations. We will work on revising our three month check in email and our 3 month before expiration email, this next quarter. Decision about new members preference for 1:1 or group on-boarding will be made in Q4, however we will start to collect feedback during Q3.
Updating workflow to reduce redundancies, fixing templates and custom emails to provide a better user experience. Looking at creating a mentorship program as well through Legacy members.

Although there will always be improvements we can make to our onboarding process, the work that has been done to date is sufficient to mark this deliverable complete.

In Issue 15 we created a membership onboarding that is being piloted with 5 IMLS seed memberships. This issue will track progress on our member organisation onboarding post-pilot.
