Replace extract_figures.py with Javacript #172

https://github.com/swcarpentry/styles/blob/gh-pages/Makefile#L99 is prone error to users. We should use Javascript as we do with the all in one page episode.

Note: I have the feeling that this was "approved" in one of the maintainers meeting.
